NATURE OF THE POSITION

COMPETENCES
Project Lead Supervisors oversee the day-to-day operations of their assigned teams exclusively for data entry or litigation support projects, as well as collaborate on any company or office needs. This responsibility includes ensuring goals are met and performance targets are reached. They are often client-facing and therefore responsible to the end customer for their delivery stream. Accomplishes staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees. They are internal-facing and therefore responsible to their supervisor for their work.
Juris Doctor from an ABA-accredited Law School.
Bachelors degree of BA, Finance, Accounting or related field of an accredited college or university. A combination of academic preparation and experience can be considered.
Preferable with a Current active membership and good standing with any State Bar.
Excellent English skills, both speaking and writing.
Proficiency with computer, Windows PC, and web applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and complex computer system applications.
Experience in operations and office management and supervising personnel.
Experience in Defensive Discovery
Conflict resolution:
The ability to productively handle grievances can be a real asset in this occupation.
Interpersonal skills:
A supervisor's role is predominantly a matter of managing people. Skilled at motivating others to grow and be better; elevating the team
Time management skills
: should have the ability to discern what's most important and to allot own time and your team's time accordingly.

: should possess an ability to gauge different solutions to inevitable problems and select the one most likely to bring about the results you need.
SOME DUTIES
RECRUIMENT PROCESS
Maintain day-to-day communication with our clients regarding recurring matters.
Help their designated teams understand performance targets and goals.
Deliver the team's status to the Legal Operations Director or Supervisor so decisions can be made at the strategic level reliably.
Create a sense of bonding between team members that would result in teamwork rather than individual contribution which may not synchronize well with the output of other individual outputs.
Complete and approve any required certifications, study courses or seminars requested.
