We're looking to hire a Project Manager-Ad Agency for a Pharmaceutical client. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. The role is located in Mettawa, IL, and is hybrid with 3 days onsite required. Primary Function / Objectives: As a Project Manager, you will work closely with the Digital team to oversee and deliver a variety of digital projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, and apps. Your role will be to ensure projects are completed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
Top Required Skills and Experience: Project & Process Management Skills: Expertise in managing digital projects from start to finish. Prepare and review project documents, manage digital assets, and facilitate timely communication. Lead project teams by coordinating schedules and meetings. Digital Expertise: Strong experience managing digital projects like Veemail, SFMC, AEM websites, banner ads, iRep, and eWizard. Knowledge of HTML development, SEO strategies, and digital/mobile metrics. Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely in both written and verbal formats. Ensure stakeholders and team members are kept informed of project progress and updates. Familiarity with Digital Tools: Experience with platforms like AEM, Veeva, Knak, Workfront, and Kantata is a plus. Understanding of digital guidelines, especially for promotional materials and corporate compliance. Creative Problem-Solving: Critical thinking and the ability to handle fast-paced, high-volume environments. Key Responsibilities: Manage project documentation, ensure functional requirements are met, and maintain compliance with digital submission standards. Track and manage resources, coordinate team activities, and capture meeting notes. Assist with budget tracking, billing, and project estimates. Collaborate with creative teams and ensure all tasks are completed per schedule. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting. Effective communicator with strong collaboration skills.
