Our client is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Manager to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of lighting projects, from initial client consultation to final installation. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


Client Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, and designers. Project Management: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation. Scope Management: Define project scope and objectives, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders. Procurement: Source and procure lighting fixtures, components, and materials. Installation Coordination: Coordinate with installation teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution. Quality Control: Conduct quality inspections throughout the project to ensure adherence to standards and specifications. Budget Management: Monitor project budgets and identify cost-saving opportunities. Problem-Solving: Address project challenges and implement effective solutions. Reporting: Provide regular project updates and reports to management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in project management, construction management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the lighting or construction industry. Strong organizational and time management skills.
