Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description
We are looking to add a Project Manager to our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing several small to medium-sized tenant interior renovation projects, with budgets ranging from $250,000 to $3 million. You will communicate daily with the superintendent, project assistant, and building owner via phone, text, and email. Responsibilities include soliciting bids from sub-contractors and assisting in the preparation of estimates and proposals. You will also manage project finances and cost accounting using standard construction software, maintain the project budget, and ensure it is met. Building and maintaining relationships with other construction and real estate professionals for business development is also a key part of this role.
