For Project Management services in the Tech Transfer   area.
WHAT MAKES YOU A FIT:  The Technical Part: Bachelor's Degree in Sciences or Engineering with five (5+) years of exposure in Project Management within the pharmaceutical or regulated industry.
Bilingual: Spanish and English communications.  Shift: Administrative and according to business needs.
Project Management Skills Experience in: Change Controls, Deviations.  New Product Introduction, Product Transfer.  Product Lifecycle Management  Process Improvement Projects.  The Personality Part:     A Project Manager is a multi-tasking, works-well-under-pressure, organized titan of an individual.

AS A PIECE OF FITS, YOU WILL: (The day-to-day on the job) Manage all aspects of project(s): planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
Establish and achieves project standards for work quality and quantity.
Assess project issues and develop solutions to meet scientific, productivity, quality and client satisfaction goals and objectives.
Manage and track project budget(s).
Liaison with Management, Department Heads, Leaders, team leaders and members to obtain their input on the benefits, needs, and issues associated with the project.
Maintain the master project plan and schedule for assigned projects.
Recommend and develop operational or process improvements for the performance and successful functioning of the project team.
Generate periodic updates and prepare formal presentations for required forums.
Provide senior management and department heads with project management support  Ensure the project goals and objects are well understood by the various functional areas.
