Job Description: Project Manager Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager specializing in Change Management and ITIL to oversee the successful delivery of projects within our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, implementing ITIL best practices, and driving organizational change initiatives that align with strategic business goals. This role requires a strong background in Oracle EBS, as well as expertise in managing change within complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage projects within the Oracle EBS ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets. Develop and execute comprehensive change management plans, focusing on stakeholder engagement, communication, and training. Implement ITIL frameworks to improve service management processes, enhance efficiency, and ensure the stability of Oracle EBS solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business units, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution. Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with project delivery, change initiatives, and system upgrades. Provide regular project status updates to senior leadership and stakeholders, highlighting progress, issues, and opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on change management and ITIL practices. Proven experience managing projects within Oracle EBS environments. Strong knowledge of ITIL principles and their application in IT service management. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. PMP or ITIL certification is highly desirable. Preferred Skills: Experience with Oracle EBS modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, or Human Capital Management. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Demonstrated success in driving change in a large, complex organization.
