Description Position Summary: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Manager with strong collaboration and communication skills to oversee the development and production of our outdoor power equipment line. As the Project Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time. The ideal candidate can seamlessly manage multiple projects and act as an accountability champion.

Responsibilities: Manage the entire project lifecycle from concept to production for outdoor power equipment line Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, supply chain, finance, and marketing professionals to ensure projects are on track Develop and maintain project timelines, resource allocation plans Provide regular progress updates to senior management and stakeholders Identify, communicate, and mitigate risks that could impact project success and on time completion Work with cross functional teams to ensure all products meet quality and compliance standards Work with suppliers and manufacturers to ensure timely delivery of materials and products Hold team members accountable for their responsibilities Motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies Requirements:Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or related field Experience in project management, preferably in manufacturing, automotive, industrial eCommerce, or a related industry. Outdoor Power Equipment experience is ideal Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams Proven ability to hold team members accountable for their responsibilities Self-motivated with the ability to work independently Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of project management tools and techniques Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience with NetSuite or another ERP systems a plus Ability to travel to manufacturing facilities (foreign and domestic) and supplier locations as needed
