Job Details: Job Title: Project Manager – Ad Agency Duration: 12 months contract Location: Mettawa, IL 60045 (Hybrid- 40% remote) Pay Range: $45 to $50.00/hour on W2 without benefits Primary Function / Primary Goals / Objectives: Project Manager at Ad Agency, you will closely collaborate with the Digital team to manage an array of digital projects, including websites, emails, banner ads, and apps. Top 3-5 skills, experience: Project/Process Management skills: This includes preparing and reviewing project documents, ensuring timely and accurate communication for project completion, and managing digital assets. This also includes scheduling and coordinating the project team.Advanced Knowledge/Skills: Relevant experience managing an array of digital projects. The main digital projects that will require project management include: Veemail, SFMC, AEM Websites, Banner Ads, iRep, and eWizard. The candidate should also have HTML development experience, an understanding of SEO and digital/mobile metrics.Clear and concise written and verbal communication skillsSoftware experience is a plus. Relevant software includes AEM, Knak, Veeva, Workfront, and Kantata. Knowledge /Skills: Maintain knowledge of guidelines including, but not limited to, promotional material development, PromoMats submission, material review process and corporate compliance.Possess experience with HTML development and understanding its constraints, SEO measurement and management, as well as digital and mobile metrics.Maintain an intimate understanding of the Agency Workflow Process including project initiation and kickoff, collaboration, necessary approvals and reviews, production and archiving.Demonstrate critical creative thinking and problem solving skills.Demonstrate clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and multi-task to maximize productivity and manage workload.Possess ability to work in a high-volume, rapidly paced environment. Project/Process Management: Prepare, maintain, or review project documentation, such as functional requirements, to ensure digital submissions are prepared correctly.Facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget.Set up and manage routes for digital assets within the Agency project management system.Schedule all team meetings, capture notes, and distribute recaps with action items.Coordinate resources with team leads.Assist Digital Manager and Digital Account Manager with providing estimates and timelines.Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule.Track time on a daily basis.
