Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Oversee and manage the complete lifecycle of commercial electrical projects from initiation to completion. Conduct thorough site assessments to accurately estimate project costs and resource requirements. Prepare comprehensive project proposals and bid specifications to ensure clarity and precision for clients. Schedule and coordinate project timelines with clients and internal teams to adhere to project deadlines. Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards. Manage project documentation, including permits, contracts, and installation records, maintaining rigorous organizational standards. Provide leadership and direction to project teams, promoting efficient and safe project execution. Maintain ongoing communication with clients, providing updates and swiftly resolving any issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Monitor and control project costs within the budget, making adjustments as necessary to respond to project challenges effectively. The ideal candidate should possess: 5+ years of proven experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in commercial electrical contracting and design-build electrical contracting. In-depth understanding of electrical systems and project management. Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills. Proficiency with project management software and tools. Excellent analytical skills for accurate cost estimation and budget management. Exceptional customer service skills, with a proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members. Availability for emergency response management as required. A valid driver's license and the ability to travel to various job sites as needed. Ability to pass a background check process.
