ONLY APPLY IF:

You have a minimum of 5-years hands-on experience working as a Framer or on Foundations and Concrete Podium Decks in condos or apartment buildings.

You have worked as a Superintendent for a minimum of 5-years in renovation construction TI work.

You have 5-years experience as a Project Manager for a reputable company with excellent administrative skills.

You have 5-years experience managing up to 6-employees according to company policies and accountability.

Skills & Experience Required:

Must have strong experience tracking, managing, and delivering projected profit margins on all projects.

Must have strong experience reading and interpreting plans.

Must have strong ability to remain on critical path schedule during construction.

Must have strong experience creating, tracking, and managing construction documents and processes.

Must have strong experience creating, tracking, and managing Schedule of Values.

Must be well versed in AIA Contracts, and G701, G702, and G702 Documents and Procedures.

Must be well versed in creating, tracking, and managing 16-Division CSI Estimates.

Must be well versed in Job-Costing projects during construction to track profits.

Must be well versed in Cost-Coding procedures to track for profitability.

Must have strong experience managing employees with a level of accountability.

Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.

Must have strong interpersonal skills among company employees, designers, and vendors.

Must have strong experience of City Codes and ADA regulations, Utilities, and working with city officials.

Must have strong experience negotiating with subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
