Project Manager I

The Fountain Group is currently seeking a Digital Marketing Project Specialist for a prominent client of ours. This position is located in Mettawa, IL. Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description: $34.00 - $39.00/HR based on experience! 2-year contract length (potential to extend/convert based on performance/budget)- (Hybrid position - 3 days onsite, 2 days remote) Responsible for: Assist on print, digital and video projects, including trafficking all projects through the Agency. Help facilitate ongoing, timely and accurate communications to ensure all projects are completed on time and within budget. Assist with providing estimates and timelines. Assist with billing and ensure billing is completed on schedule. Track time on a daily basis. Partners with creative team on project initiatives Adherence to all company-wide financial policies Required Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree req uired. 2+ years of experience - some digital/marketing knowledge required. Agency/pharma experience a plus. Excellent communications skills: verbal, presentation, written. High energy, positive, organized individual who is comfortable in a high-visibility role. Great collaborator with ability to focus on both the big picture and small details.
