WANTED: An On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization. This position requires someone with a Top Secret clearance (SCI eligible). This position is in the College Park, MD.
As an On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization, you will:

A week in the life of an On-Site Project Manager - Matrix Organization: Lead a team transitioning into a matrix organization. Team provides program protection products to defend our S&T developmental efforts. Balance tasks between 5 task managers, as many as 20 product leads including our prime staff and 2 subcontractors Accept and prioritize tasking from 7 Government customers and our operations lead. Manage resource allocation, delivery dates and product quality. Job Requirements
Qualifications: Masters Degree in Business Administration, Management or a related subject PMP Certification is strongly desired. 15 Years of professional experience in Project/Program management experience is a must have. (A background in a technology area, Intelligence and/or law enforcement is a nice to have.) Experience with MS Project Experience with a matrix organization. Top Secret Clearance with SCI-Eligibility

AMERICAN SYSTEMS is committed to pay transparency for our applicants and employee-owners. The salary range for this position is $165,000 - $200,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors permitted by law.
