BioPharma Consulting JAD Group is looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Project Manager – Operations to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing various operational projects within the organization, ensuring that operational goals and standards are met while adhering to timelines and budgets.
Responsibilities: Manage all phases of assigned projects: planning, implementation, monitoring, completion, and follow-up.
Prioritize critical tasks and balance competing timelines to ensure adherence to project standards for quality and productivity.
Identify project issues and develop solutions that align with scientific, productivity, and client satisfaction objectives.
Assist with technical, financial, and organizational project matters by researching and providing recommendations, maintaining document archives.
Track and manage project budgets and resources, reconciling usage across departments.
Anticipate schedule changes or delays and assess their cost and resource impact.
Implement tools, techniques, and processes to enhance informed decision-making across project teams.
Actively participate in shaping the direction and scope of projects.
Ensure project goals and objectives are clearly communicated to all functional areas involved.
Collaborate with department staff, satellite teams, and stakeholders to gather input and feedback on project needs, issues, and benefits.
Maintain and update master project plans and schedules.
Recommend and implement operational or process improvements to enhance project team performance.
Provide project management support to department management, including managing special projects as needed.
Manage project support staff and provide career counseling, performance reviews, and general guidance.
Lead or identify focus area projects within project management or related areas.
Prepare and deliver regular updates, formal presentations, and reports for key stakeholders and forums.
Ensure compliance with domestic and, if applicable, international regulatory requirements relevant to project work.
Ensure project adherence to company policies, practices, and standard operating procedures.
Attend required meetings and participate in interdepartmental activities and projects.
Anticipate resource needs and communicate them to management sponsors.

Requirements Required Qualifications: Education: Doctorate degree OR Master's degree and 2 years of Project Management experience OR Bachelor's degree and 4 years of Project Management experience OR Associate's degree and 10 years of Project Management experience OR High school diploma / GED and 12 years of Project Management experience.
Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Science, Biology, or Engineering.
Experience managing Change Controls and Deviations as a project owner.
Experience leading New Product Introduction (Product Transfer), Product Lifecycle Management, or Process Improvement Projects.
