What we are looking for:
As an Engagement Lead in our Managed Services division, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple teams of technical professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of complex managed services projects to our clients. You will play a pivotal role in driving client satisfaction, team performance, and operational excellence at a strategic level.
What you'll do:
Lead and mentor multiple teams of technical professionals, providing strategic guidance and support; foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, driving team engagement and productivity; develop and implement talent management strategies to ensure the team's continued growth and development.
Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor; proactively identify and address client needs and challenges, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty; negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) to meet client expectations.
Oversee a portfolio of managed services projects, ensuring their successful delivery and alignment with strategic objectives; prioritize projects based on business value and resource allocation; monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Drive continuous improvement in service delivery processes, leveraging industry best practices and emerging technologies; ensure adherence to SLAs and quality standards; foster a culture of innovation and customer-centricity within the team.
Must have:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Healthcare domain knowledge with expertise in commercial, EHR data.
4+ years of experience working with data engineering and reporting tools.
Strong project management skills, including experience with SDLC methodologies.
Strong technical knowledge of Python, SQL technologies and platforms.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
Knowledge of automation, reporting, MDM and orchestration tools.
Knowledge of Healthcare Life Science and commercial, EHR records.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Key Skills: SQL, Cloud platforms and services (AWS, Azure, GCP), Reporting tools, Master data management, DevOps, CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: $60.00 - $80.00 per hour
