Summary
The Project Specialist will assist the senior project manager in driving business process & system transformation initiatives, achieving Internal business process efficiencies and scalability. Perform detailed requirement analysis, documenting processes and performing some user acceptance testing. Assist in creating a systematic approach to compile, document, prioritize and monitor delivery of project work that expands across the total ERP workstreams.
Project Specialist Responsibilities: Assist in developing supply chain project management discipline in terms of qualifying projects ROIs. Evaluate business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement and recommend solutions. Perform detailed requirement analysis. Assist in prioritizing projects based on business need and requirements. Manage projects, develop project plans, Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. Serve as a Liaison between stakeholders and users. Collaborate with Business Intelligence & IT team to discover continuous improvement ideas leading to higher efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of business operations from people-process-system-data dimensions. Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and stakeholders. Update, implement and maintain procedures where applicable. Perform user acceptance testing. Gather critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. Stay up to date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. Assist in conducting future enterprise process roadmap that best support the business growth strategy. Other Duties Perform other related duties as assigned. Supervisor Duties Provide indirect oversight to internal/external resources that are assigned by project. Project Specialist Requirements: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Minimum 3+ years of functional experience in the domains of Enterprise Project Management and Supply Chain Operations. Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills. Excellent documentation skills. Strong MS Office Suite Expertise (MS Excel, PPT, and Visio). Good presentation skills. Ability to communicate effectively with IT & functional business staff at all levels. Track record of following through on commitments. Experience in ERP such as SAP, Oracle, and/or MS Dynamics Strong understanding of cloud-based supply chain accelerators and business applications. APICS and/or PMO certification preferred. Language Skills English (reading, writing, and verbal) Other Skills Knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations. Exceptional interpersonal skills, including teamwork, facilitation, and negotiation. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience working in a team oriented, collaborative environment. Excellent planning and organizational skills. Self-motivated and directed. Knowledge of working with databases. Must be a "Team Player".

For this position, the expected base pay is: $68,000 - $92,000 / Annual. Actual base compensation will be determined based on various factors including job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations.
