Property Manager (Maintenance Coordinator)

PMI Puerto Rico is seeking a dedicated and organized Property Manager to join our team. This role will focus on managing work orders, coordinating with contractors, and overseeing minor maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish and a solid understanding of property maintenance.
Requisitos:
Experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field.
Basic handyman skills and experience in performing minor repairs. / Bilingual in English and Spanish (both spoken and written). / Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships with tenants, owners, and contractors effectively. / Computer proficiency, particularly with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite. / Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. / A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
