We are seeking qualified candidates for a Strategy Manager to support MOREgroup and our brands, which include: E4H Environments for Health Architecture, Huckabee, IEG and TSK.
The Strategy Manager will lead business development for all practices within their region. They will be responsible for guiding and executing the development of customized proposals and interviews, including the management of a team of specialists to meet deadlines with quality and excellence.
RESPONSIBILITIES Lead business development and client relationship efforts within your regionSearch IMS and other sources for proposal opportunities; engage with Strategy Directors and Client Relationship Directors to pre-position opportunities and execute client development plansSubmit KPI data on leads and pursuits within your region; collaborate with Strategy Director to ensure data integrity; support training efforts for regional / practice leaders in successfully communicating new leads and required KPI dataResponsible for regional Go/No-Go decision making using an informed, collaborative processEngage Vice President of Strategy and Strategy Directors in Tier 1 proposals and interviews to develop a winning strategyLead and execute development / design of qualification, proposal, and interview presentations, including all printing, packaging, and logistics associatedWrite and edit content for RFQ/RFP responses, interview presentations, and other marketing collateral as neededTranslate technical information into clear and interesting written or digital content tailored to the target audienceAttend practice-focused client relationship meetings; lead regionally focused client relationship meetingsManage the database of proposals, resumes, contacts, and project informationSupport coordination of marketing materials, brand guidelines, and other marketing-related activities/tasks that impact business developmentCollaborate with MOREgroup marketing and internal project teams on special projects, such as award submittals, social media/marketing campaigns, website updates, etc.Assist with regional event / tradeshow coordination, vendor relations, sponsorships, and client eventsREQUIREMENTS 5+ years of professional marketing experience is required, specifically with A/E/C firms.5 years of Adobe InDesign, MS Office, and Adobe Suites experience is required as well as a keen eye for graphics.Bachelors' degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or relevant field.Understanding or interest in the built environment is preferred, particularly education, healthcare, and public architecture.Content creation, message development, and seamless organizational skills.Editing and proofing capabilities to enhance narratives written by architectural professionals.
