Punch Press Die Setter We are currently seeking candidates with punch press operation and die-setting experience and the desire to learn more skills for a client in Valley City, Ohio! The objective of this job is to setup and run an automatic punch press (progressive) to produce metal stampings in a 105,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility. Two Shifts Available: 1st Shift Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm, Friday 6:00am-11:00am (or 3:30pm)2nd Shift Monday-Thursday 4:00pm-4:30amPay: $20-23+/hr based on experience Job Duties Set up punch press, Load coil, thread feed line, adjust material straightener and feeder, align, set and clamp dieInstall (connect) lube sprayers, die protection, sensors, part and scrap conveyor(s) or ejection chute(s)Adjust and verify punch press control settings, Shut Height SPM, CounterbalanceCoordinate specific needs with Material Handler and Scrap RemovalF/G or WIP product removal from lineIn-process inspection(s), may include attribute or variable gages, report non-conforming findings.
