Purchasing Officer

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Purchasing Officer to join our team. The Purchasing officer will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing goods and services for our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of procurement processes and excellent negotiation skills.
Duties
- Source suppliers and maintain relationships with vendors
- Negotiate contracts and prices with suppliers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Analyze market trends to identify opportunities for cost savings
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand procurement needs
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Purchasing Office or similar procurement role preferable in Generator's Industry
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build effective vendor relationships
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and procurement software
- Knowledge of supply chain management principles
- Forklift certified or able to obtained one
- Vast Knowledge in Electrical Materials and Generator parts mandatory
