Quality Assurance Technician - 2nd Shift (3-1130pm)
Join our 10-person QA team in Brooklyn, NY, and help ensure the quality of our food products. We're offering $18-20/hr for the right candidate.
What You'll Do:
Conduct quality checks from receiving to shipping Perform and record tests (pH, °Brix, color, moisture) Monitor production lines for proper coding and packaging Apply food safety protocols, including HACCP and GMP Prepare production summaries and maintain records What We're Looking For:
1+ year of experience in food or pharmaceutical QA/QC (preferred) Understanding of HACCP and GMP Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Ability to work 2nd shift (3pm-11:30pm) Passion for learning and growing in quality control We Offer:
