General Description
Responsible for strategic planning, coordinating, developing, and executing testing tasks to ensure that the developed products meet the design specifications and adhere to the quality expectations. Perform QA process for custom developed and/or packaged software products related to our CRM platform independently. This includes unit, functional, system, integration, regression, and data conversion testing for one or multiple businesses or processes. Support new features and maintenances development activity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
:
Engage and participate in design reviews, and all aspects of test and project plans, and implementation schedules aligned with Architect, Product and Development teams to ensure all possible scenarios for testing.
:
Design, develop, execute, and manage testing project plans, timelines, and dependencies.
:
Implement test strategies in collaboration with business users, project lead, third:party/partners, and application developers.
:
Monitor recurring platform enhancements or updates including Salesforce releases and/or integrated platform releases.
:
Maintain testing infrastructure and dynamic for the users (e.g., user access and environment readiness).
:
Track and monitor bugs or defects to closure. Report, and retest and monitor after fix.
:
Analyze issues to determine if the problem is an application issue, user issue, training issue, data issue or a software defect.

Publish defect reports, and report on overall platform stability at project team meetings.

Manage automated testing for all processes to detect errors, automate repetitive tasks and minimize manual testing.
:
Communicate issues, testing status in a concise and timely manner.
:
Recommend QA process improvements or corrections throughout the methodology to improve productivity and quality.
:
Troubleshoot issues to identify root cause and transfer ownership of the issues to appropriate owners and drive complex issues to resolution.
:
Apply principles, processes, guidelines and tools of quality management to work.
:
Follow IT development processes such as change management, configuration management, security compliances.
Education
Bachelors Degree in Computer Engineering or Computer Science
Bachelors Degree from an accredited University/College in Information Systems or related fields
Experience
A minimum of two (2) years of combined experience with software development; programming; developing and executing test scenarios; and developingautomated tests and tests frameworks with common commercial testing tools.
