Role Overview Warehouse Anywhere is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Inventory & Quality Operations Lead to join our team. In this role, you'll oversee the administration of quality processes and procedures at our Columbus, Ohio facility to ensure optimal warehousing and distribution practices while maintaining full compliance with the company's Quality Management System. Ideally, you'll possess a solid understanding of ISO 9001 quality assurance methodologies and experience in fast-paced commercial operations. Responsibilities: General Quality Management System (QMS) Maintain existing ISO 9001 compliant processes, ensuring alignment with customer needs, organizational goals, and industry best practices.Suggest site improvements to enhance ISO 9001 compliance when appropriate.Identify and manage deviations from established quality processes.Support customer relationships, including qualification and surveillance audits, to maintain the company as a best-in-class partner to our customers.Complaints, Deviations, & CAPA ManagementIdentify and document Deviations.Collaborate with Quality Engineers to investigate deviations and determine root causes.Work with Quality Engineers and cross-functional teams to define and implement effective corrective and preventive actions based on root cause analysis.Inventory Quality Management Maintain separation of regulated and non-regulated product and processes.Monitor quarantined inventory, ensuring that restricted inventory is properly separated.Identify, document and evaluate nonconforming product.Disposition nonconforming product based on existing standards and quality evaluation.Operations SupportPerform inspections of regulated goods and generate detailed reporting related to inspection results and potential impacts.Generate inventory detail and trend reports using the Warehouse Management System.Support Customer inquiries related to inventory, orders, returns, and product quality.Perform inventory cycle counts and audit collected data for accuracy, support inventory investigations related to discrepancies.Support Operations and Business Development projects as applicable.Training and Education Provide training and guidance to employees on the requirements of the relevant standards, procedures, and deviations.Serve as an internal consultant to operations supporting the implementation of Policies, Procedures, Work Instructions, and other controlled documents to support the organization.Documentation and Reporting Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of inspections, deviations, complaints, CAPAs, and other actions as required by relevant standards and customer requirements.Generate reports, metrics, and analysis to communicate quality performance and compliance to Quality management and stakeholders.Continuous Improvement Actively contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements and initiatives that align with organizational objectives.Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in related field.0-3 years in quality assurance, or any role in fast-paced operation (food, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, automotive, aerospace, manufacturing, warehousing, etc.).Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards, quality management principles & tools, deviations management, and CAPA processes.Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and drive improvements without formal authority, demonstrating strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills to achieve shared goals.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse teams, both internal and external.Bilingual English & Spanish preferredCompensation & Benefits The salary range estimated for this position based in Ohio is $60,000 - $120,000A choice of national medical, dental, and vision insurance plansEmployee Assistance and Family Support ProgramGenerous PTO plan401k retirement plan with match
