**Job Title: Quality Coordinator**
**Job Description**
The Quality Coordinator ensures product reworks, repairs, upgrades, and restocks are handled with a high focus on customer satisfaction. You will maintain a consistent workflow, a high level of accuracy, and an organized work environment while avoiding process bottlenecks. This role requires managing the rework workflow of our suppliers and production technicians, often requiring diligent follow-up to ensure their commitments are honored. You will ensure customer product FAI reports are accurate and complete and organize the FAI documentation files in an easily retrievable manner.
Position Summary: Serves as the customer-facing representative, coordinating all:
DMRs (Discrepant Material Reports - externally sourced product found nonconformant to specification requiring rework).
RMAs (Returned Material Authorizations customer product previously shipped and returned for rework).
FAIs (First Article Inspection reports customer-mandated detailed report verifying each products drawing notes, materials, dimensions, BOM items, functionality, and process).
PCNs (Part Change Notifications alerts our customer to product changes via their SNF system).
OSTR Activities On-Site Technical Representative appointments and scheduling.
Other Quality Department Activities as Assigned.
The Quality Coordinator must be effective and efficient with processing all the above, able to work with minimal supervision, and maintain their own work schedule. Activities must be accomplished by utilizing the companys ERP software (M2M), customer web-based portal, and various other software tools under the guidelines of company policies and procedures.

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s).
**Work Site**
This is a fully on-site position in Manor, Texas.
**Work Environment**
Climate controlled manufacturing environment. 1st shift 6am-2:30pm (plus voluntary overtime). Once trained, there is some flexibility with the shift. As long as people stick with a consistent schedule, the start time can be changed.
