Analyze the results and communicate the findings to help identify the dimensions that are out of spec or will be a problem holding in the production mode. Set-up the collection of SPC in Data Page for all the dimensions that need to be collected data for. Help monitor trough measurements the behavior of the die and collect SPC data to identify trends and capabilities for special characteristics. Edit the program and improve it for production mode make any additional changes necessary to make first piece /last piece and in process inspection efficient Update the measurements and reporting for the part as stated in the control plan. Improve the set-up process for the CMM inspection, request fixture aids if needed and document the set-up in the CMM work instruction.
