Radiation Therapist

Responsibilities:

Administer prescribed doses of ionizing radiation according to the physician's written prescription and established departmental policies and procedures.

Perform adjuvant procedures to aid in the management of patient care.

Requirements:

Coursework/Training: Graduate of an approved American Registry of Radiologic Therapy Program or equivalent education/experience.

Certifications:

National Certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists upon hire.

California Diagnostic and Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire, or California Therapeutic Radiologic Technology Certification upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications:

1 year of experience.
