Radiology Technologist, Operating Room

Job Summary: Perform accurate and efficient diagnostic exams in various areas of general radiology under supervision. Ensure patient safety during procedures and provide the best possible images for interpretation. Comply with radiation protection principles and regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct high-quality diagnostic exams with attention to patient identification and physician orders. Obtain accurate patient history and document in the medical record. Monitor patients during procedures to safeguard their safety. Properly operate diagnostic imaging equipment and ensure timely communication with radiologists. Provide procedural information and education to patients and families. Contribute to the effective operations of the department and assist in training activities. Maintain competency in all assigned areas, including operating room procedures. Qualifications: Graduate of JRCERT Accredited Radiography program. CRT-Radiologic Technologist Registration required.
