Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Real Estate Acquisitions Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating potential real estate acquisitions, conducting financial analysis, and supporting the overall acquisition process. This position requires a strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and financial modeling.

Key Responsibilities Analyze market trends, demographics, and economic factors to assess the viability of potential acquisitions. Analyze cash flows, return on investment (ROI), internal rate of return (IRR), and other financial metrics. Support the due diligence process by coordinating with various internal teams and external partners, including legal, finance, and property management. Review property documentation, including leases, financial statements, and environmental reports. Work closely with senior management, brokers, and other stakeholders to support the acquisition strategy. Maintain relationships with brokers, sellers, and other industry professionals to source potential deals. QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field. English level of C1/C2 is required. Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, finance, or investment analysis. Strong financial modeling and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and other relevant software. Knowledge of real estate markets, investment principles, and valuation methodologies. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
