Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated real estate agent eager to work on property leads under $250,000. This opportunity offers a high volume of leads, providing ample chances to close sales and grow your real estate career. Agents can expect commission-based earnings with no split, meaning you keep 100% of your commission. Please note that a monthly fee will be deducted to cover the cost of leads, allowing you to focus on closing deals and maximizing your earnings.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Manage and respond to incoming leads effectively and in a timely manner
* Conduct property showings and provide guidance to clients throughout the buying process
* Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
* Prepare and present offers and negotiate on behalf of clients
* Stay informed about market trends and local real estate developments
* Maintain accurate records of transactions and client interactions
* Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies
Qualifications:
* Valid Puerto Rico real estate license
* Previous experience in real estate sales is required
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently
* Comfortable with technology and real estate software tools
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and leads simultaneously
* A proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships
