Real Estate Analyst

Are you a recent grad with a passion for real estate? Newline Financial, a growing Chicago based real estate firm, is seeking a motivated Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing acquisition opportunities, supporting our servicing and property management teams, generating reporting and a variety of projects across the organization.
Requirements Responsibilities Analyze real estate and real estate related opportunities for acquisition Support the property management team in leasing and collections Coordinate the analysis and sale of real estate inventory Generate ad hoc and periodic reporting and analysis Drive value add projects organization wide from start to finish Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong proficiency in Office, including Excel Ability to effectively communicate complex data and insights Brokerage license is a plus Benefits High quality and affordable Employee Health, Dental and Vision 401(k) Retirement Plans w/ Employer Match 3 Weeks of PTO
