Real Estate Attorney

Seeking a real estate attorney for a position in the Woodlands/Conroe area.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Will be responsible for handling legal matters related to real estate, foreclosures, and evictions.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle legal aspects of real estate transactions. Navigate foreclosures. Determine easements or encumbrances attached to the property. Enforce legal contracts, title documents, etc. Ensure legal protection during transactions. REQUIREMENTS/SKILLS: Minimum 5 years of recent verifiable experience with real estate law, evictions, and foreclosures. Excellent communication skills. Negotiating experience. The ability to read through and assess large amounts of information. Must be able to perform the research needed and find detailed information about properties, laws, and cases.
