Position Summary
The Investment Internship offers the unique opportunity to assume an integral role in Crow Holdings Capital's Partner Solutions division in acquisition and platform development capacities. The intern will work directly with leadership to underwrite and structure a range of real estate investment opportunities across property types, including property and portfolio recapitalizations, acquisitions of LP interests (secondaries), and indirect real estate commitments. Other responsibilities include data and performance analysis, risk evaluation, cash flow reprojections, market research, and investor presentations.
Primary Responsibilities Create financial models using Excel and ARGUS for various product types to forecast performance and evaluate financial returns for potential acquisitions and existing assets under managementConduct market research and compile internal and external data for transaction and sector analysisAssist in due diligence of legal documents, financial reports, operating statements, business plans and transaction executionPrepare investment analysis presentations for Investment Committee review Desired Skills & Experience Undergraduate coursework in economics, finance, and/or accounting required; prior real estate investment experience a plusAdvanced proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office Suite; exceptional analytical skills and attention to detailExceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and quantitative/modeling skillsKnowledge of real estate investments and financial modelingStrong written and oral communication skills; experience with real estate research and writingHighly self-motivated, organized, and action-oriented, able to execute efficiently and generate resultsPosition will be in Boston
