•Hold open houses and coordinate all home inspections and showings
•Market and stage homes to help attract potential buyers quickly
•Close the best deal possible by negotiating contracts with buyer's agents
•Schedule and conduct listing presentations with potential sellers to promote exceptional customer service
•Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate

Qualifications

•Must have a valid Real Estate License
•Able to conduct in-depth market research and showcase a clear understanding of the real estate industry
•Team player who believes their success is the team's success
•Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone
•Has a real estate license
