In need of high energy, positive, results-driven marketing professional to manage and execute the team's marketing plan, including overseeing as well as executing each component of the team's marketing plan, the marketing plan for each listing, all lead generation programs, and the systems to track and cultivate leads generated. The office is located in Boston. This person must be friendly, professional, and positive with the ability to work well with others and alone, in a very fast-paced environment. This position will report to the management team. • Salary Range: Starting at $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid Time Off (PTO) • Health Benefits Responsibilities: Marketing Responsibilities: • Manage the brand and full marketing plan and all its components • Manage and execute the marketing plan for each listing • Be the admin of all marketing technology and systems • Train new agents and employees on all relevant technology • Maintain and execute current marketing processes in place • Design and create marketing collateral, including digital and print content, for listings, team branding, and events • Develop, implement, and execute a new social media plan • Create engaging content for blog posts, social media platforms, email campaigns, and property listing descriptions • Oversee the production of video and photo content for marketing purposes • Maintain overall brand and web presence including company website • Track, audit, and analyze all marketing campaigns, deliverables, and data Vendor Management & Coordination Responsibilities: • Maintain relationships with current marketing vendors and identify new vendor opportunities as needed • Collaborate with external vendors for photography, videography, signage, and printing services ensuring cost efficiency and timely delivery • Coordinate with vendors for property listing materials, including scheduling photography shoots and obtaining marketing assets • Track listings throughout each stage and ensure smooth vendor coordination Qualifications: • Ability to ideate, strategize, and execute marketing plans for brand and individual listings • Real Estate Experience Preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Related Degree • Extensive knowledge of social media strategy and implementation of social media campaigns • Ability to learn new as well as teach others cloud-based software programs including CRM systems, project management systems, Microsoft Office, all top social media platforms, Google Drive, etc. • Strong attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload • Creative problem-solving skills • This person must have a Can and Will Do attitude.
