Reporting to the Director, Real Estate Strategy & Implementation, the Real Estate Specialist consolidates deal packages for all new stores, lease restructurings, and renewals across all brands, tracks our real estate pipeline (organizing our weekly meetings), triggers negotiations on lease actions according to upcoming important dates, and supports store development processes (e.g. site surveys, merch plan development, etc.).
This is a remote eligible position, with the preference to be based in San Francisco and able to come into our headquarters when necessary.
About the Job: Collect and maintain all real estate data (e.g., cotenant sales, traffic data, center sales psf, etc.) in all real estate tools-this would include reaching out to junior-level external contacts to update data and cleaning any data received* Keep stakeholders informed of critical dates related to the existing portfolio and track pipeline of potential new deals (lead weekly pipeline and lease actions meeting) Support annual market planning / fleet review / capital planning processes Handle administrative process of submitting deals through committee stage gates (package deals, upload and manage deals in the GDIB Sharepoint, check status of approvals in SNOW, submit content for GREC, manage calendar invites / agenda for CRB and CFT meetings) Collect data from cross-functional partners to fill out SDRFs to BX About You: Bachelor's degree (any field) 3 years of experience in real estate, project management, or operations Retail or real estate industry experience Strong organization skills; ability to manage many competing tasks and priorities Very detail-oriented; thorough and meticulous with words, dates, and numbers Comfort using Excel (e.g., pivot tables) and comfort with workforce / workflow / project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Trello, Power BI) Strong written communication skills Benefits & Perks:

The expected starting salary range for this role is $50,900 - $78,500 per year. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range based on the location of the role. The amount a particular employee will earn within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, performance and business needs.
