A semiconductor testing company is looking for a Shipping/Inventory Coordinator to sit onsite in Lake Forest, CA for a 6-month contract. This candidate will be responsible for receiving inventory, coordinating with Quality Control (QC) for inspections, and managing returns to vendors. This role involves unloading trucks, labeling products, and maintaining accurate inventory records. Key responsibilities include:
-Receive inventory, expenses, and RMAs into company systems.
-Coordinate with quality and procurement teams for return-to-vendor requests.
-Package products for return to vendors and gather necessary shipping documents.
-Unload incoming freight trucks.
-Label and account for every product, placing them in inventory accordingly.
-Identify and locate the right products for sales orders, packing slips, and commercial invoices.
-Maintain a well-organized and updated account of stock and inventory.
-Manage the receipt of all products, materials, and supplies.
-Maintain an accurate log sheet of daily moves, inventory, and counts.
-Ensure the warehouse area is well-maintained.

Required Skills & Experience
-Experience in receiving and warehouse operations is a plus.
-Proficiency with inventory tools such as Excel, SAP, Oracle, and ERP systems.
-Ability to lift 35-45 lbs.
-Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
