Job Summary
We are seeking a part-time Recepcionista to join our team on Saturdays and Sundays from 8 am to 5 pm. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Manage appointments and calendars
- Maintain a tidy reception area
- Utilize computerized systems for administrative tasks
- Provide support with office tasks as needed
Requirements
- Experience as Receptionist (Call Center, Health System)
- Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Prior experience in front desk or office roles
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $10.50 per hour
