Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

The Kirsh Law Firm is a small law firm with offices in Maryland and Delaware. Our office environment is professional and collegial, and our team is respectful and supportive. We are looking for a Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team in our Cecil County office. The primary responsibilities of this position include greeting clients and general reception duties, managing a multi-line phone system, providing administrative support for the managing partner of the firm, and administrative support for other members of our team. The skills and qualities required for this position include excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to complete tasks efficiently and autonomously, a professional disposition, and the willingness to accept new challenges and responsibilities.
