Office Responsibilities: You'll help lead field staff in providing quality home care while increasing your office's caseload through long-term relationship building with clients, referral sources, and community organizations. Potential clients calling our office for information on Right at Home's services. Basic computer and telephone skills. Customer service experience. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to multi-task and prioritize every day. Patience and understanding to ensure we help our caregivers, our clients and our partners. Ability to transport caregivers in company car.
