Position Summary: First point of contact for visitors.
Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited to: Answer and direct all incoming calls Greet visitors and advise appropriate personnel of their arrival Send and receive all mail, including FedEx, US Postal and Top Priority Courier Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur May support departments in clerical assignments Other projects or duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience: High School diploma or equivalent Minimum 6 months current office experience Knowledge of Word and Outlook Demeanor must be courteous, positive, and willing to assist guests/customer Excellent verbal and written communication skills This position must pass a post-offer background and drug test Preferred Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist Physical Demands and Work Environment:
