Receptionist/ Sales Support Specialist

The Receptionist & Sales Support is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support within Cenegenics Puerto Rico. This role supports our core functions and empowers others and involves managing front desk operations, assisting with sales leads, patient appointment coordination, and ensuring smooth communication between patients, staff, and management with five-star service.Requisitos:Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish). Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. 2+ years of client and/or patient facing customer service, with demonstrated responsibilities within administrative or operational support roles
