A growing healthcare staffing agency in Boro Park is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a background in healthcare agency recruiting. The role requires someone with resilience, proactive cold-calling abilities, and strong relationship-building skills within the healthcare sector. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing healthcare professionals, particularly nursing staff, and managing the end-to-end recruitment process. This position offers a base salary with commission and requires flexible hours to accommodate healthcare professionals' schedules.
Responsibilities Include: Proactively cold-call and engage with healthcare professionals, particularly nurses, using provided lead lists. Build and maintain genuine relationships with candidates to create a reliable talent pipeline. Screen, interview, and assess candidates to ensure a good fit for healthcare staffing needs. Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from initial outreach to offer negotiation. Transition into business development, managing your own book of business over time. Collaborate closely with the team to meet staffing targets in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment. Ideal Qualifications: Proven experience in healthcare agency recruiting, with a strong understanding of clinical roles. Excellent cold-calling and relationship-building skills. Resilient, able to thrive in high-pressure situations, and handle setbacks with ease. Sales-oriented mindset, comfortable working in a commission-driven environment. Flexibility in working hours to align with healthcare professionals' availability. Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
