Aireko is looking for a highly motivated, organized and energetic Recruiter to join our team in our Puerto Rico office. The Recruiter will research, develop and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified talent for Aireko. The ideal person for this position has proven expertise identifying and selecting talent in the construction industry. This includes the ability of developing long-term recruiting strategies and nurture trusting relations ships with potential hires. To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, diligent, patient and be able to multitask effectively.  RESPONSIBILITIES Lead full cycle recruitment efforts including resume review, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for all open positions. Collaborates with the hiring manager and HR Manager during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other details. Schedule and coordinate pre-employment drug tests and background verification. Create new-hire onboarding programs and deliver compelling new-hire orientations. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Develop and optimize relationships with social media platforms, employee referrals, agency contacts and professional networking sites in order to secure right-fit talent for the company. Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques while ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. Proactively build talent pipeline to find qualified candidates. Research and recommend new tools for active and passive candidate recruiting. Manage recruitment key performance indicators and implement continuous improvement strategies. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions. Performs other HR duties as assigned. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is required A minimum of three (3) years of experience as Recruiter Bilingual (Spanish and English) is required Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strategic thinking skills Superb conflict resolution skills  Ability to display integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality at all times Strong knowledge of laws and regulations Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software Proficient in HRIS and talent management systems WORK ENVIRONMENT This jobs operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit/stand in stationary position, walk (occasionally move around inside office area), talk/hear, see, regular use of hands and fingers to handle, key or feel and lift. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Tasks involve the ability to exert light physical effort in sedentary to light work, which may involve some lifting, carrying, pushing and/or pulling of objects and materials of light weight (up to 20 pounds).
