The Regional Director (RD) is a sales professional who operates independently and in partnership with external wholesalers to drive sales in Natixis products and solutions. It is the Regional Director's responsibility to uncover new sales and partnership opportunities with both prospective and existing financial advisor clients within a defined territory. This is a hybrid sales position and is located in Boston, MA with expected in field travel of up to 25% of the time.
What you will do:Proactive sales outreach to both new and existing financial advisor clients via phone, email, virtual and in-person meetings.Identify new opportunities and grow existing client base by using data, profiling clients, fostering leads and closing business both independently and/or in partnership with the field sales teams.Build an efficient and thoughtful outreach strategy incorporating both Company and regional goals.Meet or exceed regional sales targets and deliver on key firm initiatives.Demonstrate high level market knowledge and the ability to discuss Natixis investment solutions within the current economic environment.Provide an exceptional client experience and leverage centers of expertise where needed.What you will bring:Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.2+ years of sales experience required, preferably within the mutual fund or asset management industry.SIE, Series 7 & 63 licenses (or equivalent) required.Demonstrated knowledge of investment trends and the financial advisory business.Understanding of sales technology tools a plus (i.e. Seismic, Salesforce, Y Charts, MPI etc).Ability to work in team environment and build partnerships to achieve common goals.Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, with a proven track record of delivering effective results.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to travel up to 25% of the time.High degree of self motivation and a desire to have a sales career with upward progression in client facing roles.Who we are:We put the best interests of our clients, employees, communities, and environment first in everything we do.
