A growing company is seeking a Regional HR Manager to lead and manage the Human Resources operations for assigned regions. The ideal candidate will oversee recruitment, hiring, onboarding, performance evaluations, and ensure compliance with OPWDD and DOL regulations. This role involves collaboration with department managers and the Director of HR to execute the company's human resource strategy and support talent acquisition, retention, and employee development. The Regional HR Manager will create a safe, open communication environment and foster a supportive HR presence across all levels of the organization.

Responsibilities Include: Recruit, hire, and train direct reporting HR staff, ensuring effective onboarding and development. Provide performance evaluations and handle discipline or terminations as necessary. Oversee daily HR operations, offering guidance on recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Collaborate with department managers and HR leadership to meet talent needs and drive strategic HR initiatives. Ensure onboarding processes comply with OPWDD and DOL standards, coordinating with relevant departments. Manage performance review processes and employee status changes, including promotions and terminations. Conduct exit interviews, identifying trends for continuous improvement. Assist with policy development, HR templates, and compliance initiatives. Participate in disciplinary meetings, investigations, and complex employment-related inquiries. Stay updated on employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance within assigned regions. Ideal Qualifications: Strong HR experience with knowledge of employment laws and compliance. Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead and manage HR teams, maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Proficiency with HRIS systems and experience in supervising HR staff. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
