The Regional Marketing Operations Leader will be a part of the US Lung Franchise Customer Disease and Strategy team. This role is responsible for improving operations and integrating field and marketing efforts, building a center of excellence framework for future launches at scale. The selected candidate will work in close partnership with other members of the Lung cross-functional team as well as other business functions. As needed, the Operations Leader will also help manage key Lung planning, business activities and/or meetings. This position will report to the US Lung Cancer Franchise, Customer and Disease Strategy Head.
Key Responsibilities: Participate as a member of the Customer Disease and Strategy team, acting as a thought partner to manage team priorities and drive productivity of RMLsTrack priorities and initiatives across CDS, working closely with the LT, Brand leadership and other Field and HQ functionsWork closely with finance business partners to manage and track the RML budgetLead planning processes, leading coordination of RML Operating Model governance & priority setting meetingsAssist with LT quantitative and qualitative insights review, and coordinate presentations at Full Team meetingsSupport all RMLs to create and deploy tactics including business cases, downstream customer interactions, content design, development, deployment, measurementSupport creation of center of excellence for data integration and synthesis, systematic RML upskilling etc so as to deliver innovation and measurement at scaleMinimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree3 years of pharmaceutical experience and some pharmaceutical Operations/Marketing experienceDemonstrated project management experience to include budgeting and reportingAdvanced proficiency using Excel, Power BI, or other relevant platforms (e.g. CRM)Preferred Qualifications: 3+ years of pharmaceutical experience AND 2+ years documented accomplishments in Marketing, or Marketing operations experience.Demonstrated creation or utilization of Lung Cancer KEE mapping and engagement/congress solutionsDirect experience developing dashboards, business cases, and impact/mix modelsThe annual base pay for this position ranges from $142,100.80 - $213,151.20. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity and eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program.
