Applicants for the National Sales Director position at The Company should possess a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA being preferred. A minimum of 10 years' of experience in the staffing industry is required, along with a successful background in sales leadership, particularly in prospecting and acquiring high-volume accounts. Experience in selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is highly desirable. The role demands strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and strategic skills, as well as the ability to analyze sales data and make data-driven decisions. The candidate should be a dynamic sales leader with a proven ability to drive growth and be flexible to travel as needed.
