About the Role The Company is seeking a Regional Sales Director for Light Industrial Staffing in the Southwest region. This remote position is pivotal in leading the company's efforts to prospect and close deals ranging from 2 to 5 million dollars with high-volume accounts. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales initiatives, building and maintaining strong relationships with C-level executives, and leading a team of sales professionals to exceed sales targets. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams and representing the company at industry events. The Regional Sales Director will be a dynamic sales leader, capable of making a significant impact on the company's success.
A minimum of 5 years' of experience in the staffing industry is required, with a focus on high-volume account prospecting and deal closure. Experience in selling Managed Service Provider (MSP) or Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solutions is highly desirable. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. They should have a proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, the ability to engage and influence senior managers, and experience in strategic planning and analysis. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the flexibility to travel as needed.
