About the role
Odevo is on a rapid expansion trajectory, with a key focus on enlarging the presence in the United States as more companies become part of the group. They are now seeking a Regional Vice President to lead their business in the Carolinas. Reporting to the US CEO, the Regional Vice President of the Carolinas will lead the group in achieving the organization's significant continued growth and financial goals. S/he will set the vision and direction for the Carolinas business, driving key strategic initiatives and business results. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated an ability to define and rally stakeholders around a vision while executing with excellence. This person will also have experience working in a hands-on, dynamic, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment. The Regional Vice President will play an important part in continuously scaling and professionalizing the Carolinas business; both in terms of building and further developing the shared functions, but also in terms of putting structures, processes and systems in place, and overall steering/performance management to enable continuous profitable growth in the Carolinas.
Collaborate with the US CEO in setting and driving organizational vision and operational strategy.
Support the local management teams in establishing and implementing the strategy and driving the M&A agenda.
Work closely with the group management team and have natural touchpoints with other US operations and be supported by shared functions across the group such as strategic growth and value creation, financial services etc.
Aligning the strategy of our different companies to the overall Odevo global strategy.
Oversee company operations and employee productivity, building a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met.
Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement plans for the operational infrastructure of systems, processes, and personnel designed to accommodate the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internal and external. Provides timely, accurate and complete reports on the operating condition of the company.
Spearhead the development, communication and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes.
Adhere to company, federal, state, and local business requirements, enforcing compliance and acting when necessary.
