Applicants for the Regional VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 7-10 years' of multi-property catering sales team leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in multi-unit catering and private event management, extensive catering sales experience, and the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels. The ideal candidate will be adept at fostering a customer-centric approach while driving sales and will be knowledgeable about targeted marketing techniques to enhance property visibility and revenue. The position demands a high level of commitment, including up to 50% travel, and the ability to work closely with the sales and operations teams to ensure the success of the business.
