Applicants for the Regional VP position should have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and a minimum of 7-10 years' of multi-property catering sales team leadership experience. The role requires a candidate with a strong background in multi-unit catering/private event management, extensive catering sales experience, and the ability to plan and manage at both strategic and operational levels. The ideal candidate will be adept at providing consistent sales management, developing and managing catering/event sales budgets, and will have a proven track record of enhancing catering sales while maintaining a high level of customer experience. The position demands a professional who is knowledgeable in targeted marketing techniques and can provide creative revenue solutions for properties with low catering sales performance.
